By accessing this website or using Kelenium or Qaption, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

34East Labs builds AI products that help brands and individuals communicate. Our current products are:

• —Kelenium— an AI content platform that learns a brand’s identity and generates publication-ready posts, blogs, and visuals.
• —Qaption — an AI captioning app that generates on-brand, on-tone captions from photos, videos, or text prompts.

Both products are currently in early access and under active development. Features, availability, and functionality may change as we build.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Our Services are not directed at children under 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• —Generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• —Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• —Upload content you don’t have the rights to use.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems, or circumvent usage limits.
• —Use the Services to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of the content, media, and brand assets you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content — including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the Services to you.

Subject to the rights of any underlying AI provider and applicable law, you own the output generated for you. AI- generated output can be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable for your intended use — you’re responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it.

Kelenium and Qaption are currently free to use during early access. We’ll announce pricing and any changes to this in advance, and these Terms will be updated to reflect them before any fees apply to your account.

This website and the underlying software, design, and trademarks for 34East Labs, Kelenium, and Qaption belong to 34East Labs Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the Services as intended.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI- generated output will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 34East Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your account under our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product, with notice where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll notify you via the relevant product or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
