34East Labs Private Limited · Last updated 15 July 2026
34East Labs Private Limited (“34East Labs”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in India. This policy explains, in general terms, what personal data we collect across this website and our products — currently Kelenium and Qaption — how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Please read it before using our website or products.
Data We Collect
We collect personal data that is reasonably necessary to provide our services. This may include, but is not limited to, information such as your email address, content you provide in order to generate output (for example photos, videos, or text prompts), the output we generate for you, and general usage or device information that helps us maintain and improve our services.
We do not collect payment information, precise location, or your contacts.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services — including things like generating content at your request, managing your account, and understanding overall usage patterns so we can make our services better. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell advertising, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
AI Processing
Generating content with our AI-powered products may involve sending your inputs to trusted third-party AI providers. We select these providers carefully and hold data processing agreements with each of them.
Your content is not used to train any provider’s models without your explicit consent, and each provider processes your data under their own privacy policy in addition to the commitments they’ve made to us.
Data Storage & Security
We store data on secure cloud infrastructure located in India, using measures such as encryption, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address below.
Third-Party Sign-In
You may be able to sign in to our products using supported third-party sign-in providers. When you do, we receive only the minimum information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address — never your password or other account data.
Your use of any third-party sign-in option is also governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, or for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, and delete or anonymise it afterwards except where retention is required by law.
When you delete your account, we delete the personally identifiable data associated with it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you have the following rights:
Access
Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
